Experience: Strong A qualified Chartered Accountant having over 15 years of progressive experience spanning Finance, Accounting, and Taxation.   background in navigating complex regulatory environments, previously in practice, has served a diverse portfolio of clients across the services and manufacturing sectors.  His background gives him exposure to multi-industry financial challenges, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements across India.

Education:

Experience: Over 10+ years of experience as a Quantitative Research Analyst in Financial Industry. He has experience in developing & implementing complex financial data models using programming languages and Excel formulations

Education: Graduate in B.Com(Finance) from Mumbai University and GNIIT Certified.

Experience: 3+ years of work experience as a Financial Data Analyst at Bahar Infocons Private Limited.

Education: Graduated in B.Com and has cleared CFA (US) Level II. He has cleared FinPlus Program from Finacle Shah Classes

Experience: She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mumbai University, which further strengthens her legal and regulatory acumen.

Education: She is a qualified compliance professional with over four years of  experience in secretarial and regulatory compliance functions. She has developed strong expertise in SEBI intermediary compliances, including  Research Analysts (RA), Investment Advisers (IA), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) Regulations and also includes hands-on experience in MCA filings and compliance with SEBI LODR regulations.
